Letters of Credit: Petro Funds undertakes, on your behalf, to pay the beneficiary/seller/exporter only against presentation of stipulated documents in compliance with the terms and conditions of the credit. You, as the buyer are assured that payment will be effected only if all stipulated documents are received in good order. Trust Receipt (T/R): Increase control over payment timing and improve your cash flow with Trust Receipts. You can take delivery of the goods before payment of the relative sight bills, or upon receipt of documents. Yet you can still enjoy the credit period that we extend to you. Trust Receipt facility is available for both LC and Documentary Collection bills. Invoice Financing: This scheme is for your bills which are not under Letters Of Credit or Documentary Collection. After submission and approval of your documents, we will pay your seller/supplier direct. Invoice Financing helps you accelerate your cash flow by giving you enough time to resell the goods and realize your profits before paying the invoice. Shipping Guarantee: Shipping guarantee accelerates your clearance of goods without presenting the original Bills of Lading. This is especially useful if the goods in port are perishable, as it allows you to get them out quickly. Submit your Indemnity for the Shipping Companies/Lines together with other supporting documents to us. We will countersign on the indemnity, enabling you to take fast delivery. Export Collection/Negotiation/Discounting of Export LC Bills: As an exporter, you may ask for payment immediately after shipment of goods upon presentation of compliant documents. Occasionally, your documents may be discrepant, or may be payable at a future date. Depending on all the circumstances of the underlying transaction and your track record with us, immediate financing may still be possible by way of our purchasing or discounting of your export LC bills. Open Account Trading: Accelerate your cash flow by using Open Account Trading Financing to finance your export business and/or domestic sales. This facility is ideal for bills not under Letters Of Credit or Documentary Collection. You can obtain funds from us even though your dealings with your buyer is on Open Account basis, and reimburse us on the maturity date of your export bill. Outward (Export) Collection Bills: This is another major type of means of payment in international trade. We act as the "Remitting Party" and present your documents to your buyer for acceptance/payment through the "Collecting/Presenting Bank". Financing of Collection Bills can also be arranged. LC Advising/Confirmation of Credits: You may wish to minimize the risk of not getting payment because of unexpected reasons, such as changes in social and political environment. You can rest assured if your Letters of Credit are confirmed by Petro Funds. We also provide fast, efficient and reliable service if you are expecting Letters of Credit from your buyers. Just inform your counterparts that Petro Funds is your Advising Financial Institution. LC Transfer: This product enables you to transfer your rights under the credit to a third party, while at the same time you still can earn your share of profit provided that the credit is a "Transferable Credit". Another benefit is that it will not tighten up your own credit lines. |
